Clients may cancel virtual assistant services by providing written notice to Vlixaroxnnvorkul. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or through our contact form. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Refunds for virtual assistant services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Prepaid service fees may be eligible for partial refunds for unused service periods, subject to the terms of your specific service agreement. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
Virtual assistant services that have been completed and delivered are generally not eligible for refunds. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns about service quality and will work with you to resolve any issues.
